December 17 – Last day of Fall term

December 17 – Holiday Box pick-up from 8:30 – 11:30 am

NO school dates for Fall term:

• October 2-3, 13, 30 – 31
• November 4, 24 – 28
• December 5, 18 – January 4, 2026

Spring Semester 2026

January 5 – First day of Spring term

May 22 – Last day of Spring term

NO school dates for Spring term:

• January 1 – 3, 16 (Close at 12:15 – No Ext Day), 19 – 20
• February 13 (Close at 12:15 – No Ext Day)
• March 9 – 13, 20
• April 2 – 3, 6
• May 19 (Bernel Park Picnic – No Ext Day)

Weather Day Closings

When the State College Area School District (SCASD) has no school (e.g. for a snow closure), the Park Forest Preschool will BE CLOSED.  When SCASD has a delayed opening the Penguin and Puffin Rooms will be closed.  For closings and delays, parents will be notified by text and it will be posted on the PFP Facebook page.
